Mr. Naeem A. Sattar is a finance and governance professional with over 22 years of experience in accounting, taxation, budgeting, and corporate secretarial practices. He currently serves as Company Secretary at Pakistan Kuwait Investment Company (Pvt.) Ltd. (PKIC). A Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (FCMA), he previously worked with A.F. Ferguson & Co., one of the country’s premier accountancy firms.

Mr. Sattar is a Certified Director from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance and plays a vital role in maintaining regulatory compliance and ethical business conduct at the board level.
